Religious Jelly Beans? Were they sacramental Jelly Bellys? No it was a bag a jellybeans with a prayer.
DAYTON, Ohio — Parents have sued a school district because a kindergarten teacher stopped their daughter from distributing bags of jellybeans with an attached prayer to her classmates.
Allen and Sheila Wuebben, of suburban Kettering, say the school’s policy of prohibiting students from distributing religious literature in the classroom violates their daughter Madison’s rights to freedom of speech and religion.

Well I am not so sure about the idea of spreading the Gospel to Kindergarten kids via candy. You can easily mix up picking up the cross and then having to pick up the dental floss. It is the truth that will set you free, not the sweet tooth that will set you free. Even if the candy is really pure – kind of a Immaculate Confection.
