I have been meaning to get around to pointing to a fairly new podcast called Meditations from Carmel put out by the e Order of Carmel Discalced Secular at the Carmel of St. Joseph in St. Louis, Missouri. These are short podcasts lasting only from a minute and a half to five minutes. After listening to the selections offered over the last week I find them to be excellent examples from the great Carmelite saints. The meditations come from the writings of St. Teresa of Avila, St. John of the Cross, St. Therese of Lisieux, Blessed Elizabeth of the Trinity, St. Teresa of the Andes, Brother Lawrence of the Resurrection, St. Teresa Benedicta and many more.
This is their website and this is the link to subscribe from iTunes.
