I looked at the records of who voted for the Partial BIrth
Abortion Ban bill today. And as a rare departure from my normal Democratic
Bashing I want to
thank the following democrats who voted for this ban.

• Carper (D-DE), Yea
• Conrad (D-ND), Yea
• Daschle (D-SD), Yea
• Dorgan (D-ND), Yea
• Hollings (D-SC), Yea
• Johnson (D-SD), Yea
• Landrieu (D-LA), Yea
• Leahy (D-VT), Yea
• Lincoln (D-AR), Yea
• Miller (D-GA), Yea
• Nelson (D-NE), Yea
• Pryor (D-AR), Yea
• Reid (D-NV), Yea

I also give a full frontal energetic strawberry in the direction
of the following Republicans:

• Chafee (R-RI), Nay
• Collins (R-ME), Nay
• Snowe (R-ME), Nay

The following Senators did not vote. What an amazing coincidence that they
are all Democratic Presidential hopefuls. Maybe it is a good sign that they
see that if they had voted against this bill that it would not have been good
for them. This might go to show that they don’t really think that abortion,
especially Partial BIrth Abortion, is supported by a majority.
