Tim Drake has started a new web site and blog to go along with his book Young and Catholic. The book and blog provides a snapshot into the future with stories of young Catholics responding to the faith. I am not generally an optimist and yet from what I have read and seen I am rather optimistic about what young Catholics are bringing back to the Church.
Now Tim when you get around to Middle-aged and Catholic – ring me up.

The young and the Catholic? What about the Old and the Catholic???
ah…
it’s time to pass the mantle to us.. hehe
The real beauty here, and I’ll comment on this on my “young and Catholic” blog, is that the Vatican defines youth as anywhere between 17-35. Therefore, many of us who might consider ourselves as “old” Catholics, are, in effect, still “young” Catholics in the eyes of the Church. Holiness is always youthful! How’s that for some “Good News”?
Brilliant! That makes me a ‘young’ Young Catholic. *wide grin*
Twenty-two and Catholic here, man. Look me up sometime. It’s about time we are commended for something rather than blamed.
