The first picture is just too implausible. This is ridiculous I just can’t see him holding an American flag, at least not right side up or not on fire. The rest of the picture accurately captures the man who said "’The Iraqis who have risen up against the occupation are not ‘insurgents’ or ‘terrorists’ or ‘The Enemy.’ They are the REVOLUTION, the Minutemen, and their numbers will grow — and they will win.” Just before they blew Margaret Hassan’s brains out I am sure she asked them first. "Are you more like George Washington or Thomas Jefferson."

Appropriately enough, the picture on the right is a famous 19th-century black actor (can’t remember his name) costumed for the role of Aaron, the consummately evil Moor in Shakespeare’s TITUS ANDRONICUS.
The image on the left is adapted from a famous rendition of a Moroccan ambassador to Queen Elizabeth in 1600 A.D.
Ol’ Bess had been aiming to negotiate terms of peaceful Mediterranean traffic with Muslim leaders, hoping that legitimate treaties would dissuade Islamic pirates from their notorious practice of enslaving seafaring Englishmen.
On the right, Ira Aldridge’s noble countenance lies beneath Mike’s…how shall we say it…cherubic face.
Of course, perhaps Falstaff would have been a more appropriate Shakespearean figure than Aaron — if not for the loss of the pun.
