I. Shawn McElhinney suggests in my comments that with this nomination that perhaps considering Judge Lance Ito and the “Dancing Itos” that I might come up with a “Dancing Alito” parody. Well that suggestion was just too good to pass up and the nomination has made me even more light-hearted and so without further adieu.
