And what’s wrong with being devoted to Pope Benedict 16? He is admittedly photogenic, and he has definitely bloomed over the course of things. What is Papa doing here, just curious.
That painting of Christ reminds me of the French Liberte painting, even in holding a flag.
I’m so glad to see that the Church has finally caught up to the podium technology of TBN and the Protestant world. 🙂 They’ve always been lightyears ahead of us.

Aaargh. Now I’ve got a picture of Jesus giving the Sermon on the Mount from a teleprompter in my head. Stop! Stop!!

Very cool!
You really have a thing for Pope Benedict the 16th, what is it? LOL

This is the background always portrayed at the Sunday Angelus when BXVI is at Castel Gandolfo in the Summer.

That said, very cool picture.
Is he reaching for Jesus’ olive branch?
It’s a copy of a tapestry that is sometimes hung outside St. Peter’s. My question is: who is the Pope waving to? All the people are far beneath him?
I LOVE ALL THESE PICTURES OF OUR “GERMAN SHEPHERD”.
KEEP THEM COMING!
