Four years ago I started blogging on my first blog Atheist to a Theist, then six month later started The Curt Jester. So once again thanks to my readers and other bloggers who have encouraged me or given me the maximum computer comedic salute. That is where you comment that liquids have sprayed onto your keyboard as you read one of my posts.

I have always managed to miss the keyboard.
I take precautions, Jeff. No beverages while accessing the Curt Jester.
Likewise…coffee cup gets put down when reading your blog! Thank you for both insightful and side splitting writting! Happy blogiversery and many more!
You should market a Curt Jester flexible plastic keyboard cover. Ad multos annos Jeff!
So THIS a blog? I’ve been wondering what all the kids have been talking about.
Kind of a letdown, really.
Anywho, congrats Mr. Jester!
“Mary’s Fiat” – not only funny, but cherished.
Thanks for the hard work, Jeff.
May there be another four years of the best comic blog – the Curt Jester!
Peace,
BMP
Congratulations Jeff…and thank you.
Congratulations!!!
“Pride is the downward drag of all things into an easy solemnity. One “settles down” into a sort of selfish seriousness; but one has to rise to a gay self-forgetfulness. A man “falls” into a brown study; he reaches up at a blue sky. Seriousness is not a virtue. It would be a heresy, but a much more sensible heresy, to say that seriousness is a vice. It is really a natural trend or lapse into taking one’s self gravely, because it is the easiest thing to do. It is much easier to write a good Times leading article than a good joke in Punch. For solemnity flows out of men naturally; but laughter is a leap. It is easy to be heavy: hard to be light. Satan fell by the force of gravity.
… Man is more himself, man is more manlike, when joy is the fundamental thing in him, and grief the superficial. Melancholy should be an innocent interlude, a tender and fugitive frame of mind; praise should be the permanent pulsation of the soul. … We are perhaps permitted tragedy as a sort of merciful comedy: because the frantic energy of divine things would knock us down like a drunken farce. We can take our own tears more lightly than we could take the tremendous levities of the angels. So we sit perhaps in a starry chamber of silence, while the laughter of the heavens is too loud for us to hear. Joy, which was the small publicity of the pagan, is the gigantic secret of the Christian.“

And “The Rome Depot”? Awesome.
Congrats and many more years, God bless.
Congratulations Jeff! Still going strong – must be that daily dose of Humanae Vitaemins. 😉

Congratulations on Your anniversary. I just made my one year too!!! Keep on Blogging!!!!
I don’t know how you manage to keep coming up with your bizarre and twisted posts, which at times scare me, but I can’t stop myself from coming back, each time telling myself, this will be the last time.
Congratulations! May you have many more!
Still have a printed copy of the “in-sin-erator” that I use for preparation for confession — and for a good laugh.
Happy blogoversary!
