Dawn Eden reports on Planned Parenthood now selling e-cards for Mother’s Day. In years past she had previously suggested creating Mother’s Day cards for them and I had suggested this one.
One of PP’s slogans used for their cards is "Every child a wanted child." Unfortunately the wanted is as in wanted dead or alive.
With further thought for this year I thought the following would be appropriate.
Simply because it is quite impossible for babies now living with God to be able to pick out cards for their mothers. The handicap of not being alive kind of puts a crimp on that one.

Curt Jester, if there was supposed to be a second image, I don’t see it loading!
oh wait… you meant for the blank box! I see it now.. my apologies.
The empty space – powerful.
I get the blank space thing, but I can’t see the first card.
I get the little blank box with the angry red “X” in the upper left-hand corner…

It’s ironic that people who are against abortion are making so much of alleged quotes by Margaret Sanger (including this “human weeds” quote which does not appear to be legit). An early motivation for her advocacy of legalized birth control was her opposition to abortion.
Planned Parenthood was not an abortion rights group during the years she led the organization.
A letter to Bill Clinton written by the co-counsel who successfully argued the Roe v. Wade decision urged the then-president-elect to “eliminate the barely educated, unhealthy and poor segment of our country” by liberalizing abortion laws.
