Vatican City, 3 June 2012 (VIS) – At midday today, after having celebrated Mass in the presence of almost one million faithful at Bresso Park in Milan and before praying the Angelus, the Holy Father announced that the eighth World Meeting of Families will be held in Philadelphia, U.S.A. in the year 2015. “I send my warm greetings to Archbishop Charles Chaput”, he said, “and to the Catholics of that great city, and look forward to meeting them there along with numerous families from all around the world”. I really need to move to wherever Archbishop Chaput is at the time. When he was in Denver they had World Youth Day there and not that he is in Philadelphia they are going to have the “World Meeting of Families” there.

Technically, WYD was under Archbishop Stafford and then Chaput followed him after ’93.

Go Figure Jeff! That’s exactly what I was thinking so could you as a good Christian and if you sell enough books, could you spare enough to buy me a modest living station and ah yes could you also check with your American Him Bas Sea, I mean Embassy (http://www.embassymag.ca/) if the likes of me would be welcome there?
I hear ya! Well no problem at this end Victor but first I must be sure that “IT” is really you asking for this favor and not simply sinner vic and/or another of your so called imaginary dummies who are pulling your strings if ya know what “I” mean? 🙂
Peace
Actualy WYD was before Archbishop Chaput’s time in Denver. Cardinal Stafford was here then. (So was Archbishop-elect Aquila!)
But I understand the attraction: I just can’t find anything else appealing about Philly. ;-p
This might be the one reason to get me to visit Philly again.
You could go see the Liberty Bell? Appropriate for this time we’re in….and btw, it’s a LOT smaller in person than you think. I was quite shocked. Guess I pictured it being larger…
