Jeff, thank you for posting this information and I also want to thank Father Z for reformatting the documents of (“Universae Ecclesiae”) that he received and making them available to many who should be interested and I’m sure that many other un-educated children cells as myself who have not been aborted yet will find “IT” very interesting also and I say this only after having read UP to this bottom statement.

Sorry Jeff but sinner vic and sinner victor’s spiritual cells just quietly told me that I can only tell you “ONE” more little story so I’m going to try and make “IT” a good “ONE”.
Alright! They’ve told me that Jesus was a hoarder and to be honest when I silently heard that I was prepared to stone these unborn cells to death but being a follower of “Jesus” I couldn’t because I was still a sinner if you know what “I”, “ME” and “MYSELF” mean? Anyway! Long story short, they say that Jesus was NOTHING MORE OR LESS than a word made flesh and that while He was but a single Godly Cell in His Mother’s Wound, the gods and/or God’s who had been waiting for over 4000 years found refuge in HIM and well you should know the rest.

This removes just about every barrier for a priest offering the EF. Some diocese did an end-run around Summorum Pontificum by setting up so-called “norms” before a priest could do this. (Cincinnati for instance). I hope their are priests out there willing to test Universae Ecclesiae in places where these bogus and arbitrary layers have been implemented.
