Interestingly, the Reuters article ignores the fact that the Tridentine Mass was said in Slavonic in parts of Eastern Europe. (The 1 source reference.com does mention it.) As for the CMRI, that is the group that experienced a split as part of the their CMRI Sisters returned to the Catholic fold.

Then there are other errors, like ignoring the fact that the Novus Ordo Mass could be said in Latin.

But, is this really surprizing as most of those in the MSM don’t really know anything about what the Catholic Church is about & will take the easy way out rather that do the work of a proper fact check.

Reuters? The news wire service that with its companions in error makes up, invents, and distorts the facts as a matter of official policy? By now anything coming from the MSM should be treated with the same seriousness as getting directions from a drunk. Good journalists are the wheelwrights of this age but less numerous.
