I checked out audible.com a while back, but if I remember correctly, most of their audio files are in some proprietary digital-rights-management-type format. I have no intent of pirating their files, but I also have no interest in downloading files that will only play with certain specialized, proprietary software, especially if I have to pay money for said files. Thanks for the tip anyway though.
