It brought back memories of the gratefulness and heartache I felt for John Paul II at his death.
Several persons called up my parish to ask about becoming Catholics after they witnessed the pope’s passing, his funeral and the election of our new pope.

Pope John Paul the Great! Only God knows how many converts will be attributed to this holy man. I truly believe he will be declared a Saint.

Well I for one am very grateful to our late Holy father. Without him I would never have found my fianc�e, who is a adult convert to our faith due to the Late John Paul’s example.
