Way cool! I used to have a wagon I christened “Bernadette” — it was a Subaru! After that I had “Teresa” Tercel, now driving “Elizabeth” Elantra! But Mary’s “Fiat” is tops them all , not to mention all those Apostles in one “Accord” — it had to have been the minivan, and I’m sure St. Peter was at the wheel! Happy motoring!

That’s a great one Jeff!
Harumph. I’ll take her on in my Mini any day.
Jim,
I liked your license plate, so I added it in to my graphic.
Nice! I see you’ve got some rosary beads hanging from the rear view mirror as well.
Hey! I have that plate on the front of my car!!!
You should see the Apostles when they were all in one Accord.
Fr. Stanley,
I wish I would have come up with that line.
Kindly suggest you get one of THESE for your blog. Vade retro Satana . . .
Nice one.
I wonder why she couldn’t afford anything better, though, considering how often we sing “Lord, you give the great commission”.
Humor is *so* post-Vatican II, after all. :o) Great job, Jeff.
The funniest thing is, the Virgin Mary looks perfectly comfortable and in place behind the wheel of that little car.
It certainly beats a donkey, which Mary is shown riding in all the Christmas stories.
Darn! Douglas trumped the best bumper sticker:
“My other car is a donkey.”
sure she LOOKS comfortable. but i doubt it. she is after all on the via dolorosa.
