A catholic priest in Kabale has banned his parishioners from wearing minis and other forms of “indecent dressing.”
He said such dresses belittled the dignity of women and encouraged promiscuity among the faithful in the parish.
Fr. Bartazar Nyomugabe, the head of Christ the King Church in Kabale, was preaching at a thanksgiving mass at Mugabe Catholic Church.
“I will not allow wearing of minis and any other form of indecent dressing by women in my parish. I will not hesitate to chase them out of the church,” he said

Father must be careful here. That last line could brand him a skirt chaser. Unfortunately in most parishes here you would have to be a Olympic marathon runner to be in the physical condition to chase out all the people dressed indecently at Mass.
