That’s what police could be reciting from now on in the
wake of a unique court ruling from the same Montana county that dealt with
Unabomber Ted Kaczynski.
A judge there has decided that once is not enough when it
comes to Miranda warnings for criminal suspects who have multiple
personalities.

I wonder if one of the personalities would be allowed to testify against the
other. And what if one personality was guilty of a hate crime but the others
weren’t. I could see this conversation happening when one or more personalities
were found innocent.
