Business executives are giving the Bible the brush-off in
hotel rooms, according to a survey.
The Bible, placed at bedsides by the Gideon organisation,
topped the list of the least useful items found in hotel rooms.
Next most-useless items were shower caps, sweets on the
pillow and trouser presses, the survey from website travel company Expedia
finds.
Internet connections topped the list of things business
travellers would prefer to see in their rooms, followed by phone and laptop
chargers and work stations.
