(CNSNews.com)- A pro-life protestor is suing the city of
Pittsburgh for unlawful arrest, after he refused a police request to stop waving
a picket sign outside an abortion clinic. Police told Keith Tucci to remove
his anti-abortion picket sign, apparently fearing it might offend or provoke
people attending Pittsburgh’s annual Christmas parade on Sunday.

The irony of a picket sign being offensive to a parade celebrating the birth
of Christ is ridiculous. That they don’t consider an abortion clinic to be an
affront to the true spirit of Christmas is seeing the trees and not the forest.
