Florida: Animal Cruelty Amendment:
Limiting Cruel and Inhumane Confinement of Pigs During Pregnancy
Inhumane treatment of animals is a concern of Florida
citizens; to prevent cruelty to animals and as recommended by The Humane Society
of the United States, no person shall confine a pig during pregnancy in a cage,
crate or other enclosure, or tether a pregnant pig, on a farm so that the pig is
prevented from turning around freely, except for veterinary purposes and during
the prebirthing period; provides definitions, penalties, and an effective
date. [Details]
Most
people don’t realize the history of the first founder of Planned Pig Parenthood
(PPP), Margaret Swiner. She believed in eugenics in the superiority of the
“Large White” pig, in fact you have probably heard her racist pig commercials
“The other white meat”. If you go to some of the poorer barnyards that are
populated by the Chinese Meishian, Duroc, Tamworth and other non-white breeds
you will more than likely find a PPP clinic there. This is no coincidence, she
purposely targeted these races of pigs. In the earlier years she started what
was called the “British Saddleback Project” where she convinced Pigbysterian
ministers to preach to their congregations about contraception and a-boar-tion.
She spread rumors that inferior breeds were spreading swine flu and other
diseases. We need to go whole hog and oppose pig genocide and PPP, write your
congressman and this time you can encourage pork.
