LORAIN, Ohio — An admitted candy thief has been ordered to pass out
Halloween treats Thursday, NewsChannel5 reported.
Lorain County Common Pleas Judge Edward Zaleski sentenced Edward Rivera, 19,
to the deed after Rivera pleaded guilty to knocking down a 10-year-old boy last
Halloween and stealing his candy. Charges of assault and robbery were dropped.
The candy thief will also have to wear a sign that says, “I’m sorry. I will not
